FARM SYSTEM

The high-tech pig farming facility in Nghe An Province is designed to ensure operational efficiency and quality assurance across every stage of the pig-rearing process. The farm is managed under specialized protocols to prevent disease, enhance herd health, and safeguard food safety. Its pig-rearing standards are on par with international pig farm management standards and comply with GLOBAL G.A.P. requirements. Situated on a site of more than 245 hectares and set well away from residential areas, the farm is isolated from its surroundings to maintain stringent biosecurity conditions that minimize disease risks such as Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) and African Swine Fever (ASF). We have also built a wastewater treatment system meeting national standards to strengthen biosecurity and protect the environment. The Nghe An farm has an annual capacity of 230,000 live-weight pigs. The pigs are raised in automated systems for feeding, watering, and climate control, with no use of banned substances and no antibiotic residues. Just as importantly, the farm serves as a model that can be replicated across other facilities to secure a reliable supply of raw materials for the meat value chain.
MML Farm Nghe An has achieved significant operational improvements, with commercial pig output growing steadily year over year — clear evidence of the effectiveness of its strategy to optimize productivity and operations.
